Having a cooking contest? Or need to cook for a large crowd? Our Smoker Barrels can be used to produce a vortex like heat source from the firebox on the bottom of the barrel to the vent on the top. Meat, such as ribs can be hung from the inside allowing for the heat source to get completely around the items allowing to heat the meat from all sides at once producing consistently great-tasting, perfectly cooked meat every time.
