The Vollrath 46060 universal electric chafer heater is designed to maintain the proper serving temperature without an open flame! It's perfectly sized to fit standard fuel cup openings, and the spring-loaded elements maintain full contact with water pans for efficient heat transfer.
This electric chafer heater has two power settings (low and high), and a lighted switch that glows when the heater is on. It comes with a 6' power cord.
The portion that contacts the water pan is approximately 1 3/4" in diameter. Output/electrical: 120V, 2.3 amps, 160 watts/275 watts (low/high), UL listed. Vollrath recommends that only the low setting is used with coffee urns.
